Volunteer programme back open, dates live for information sessions
We’re looking for support volunteers who can help us deliver the best groups, courses and workshops possible to people experiencing mental health problems.

We will be resuming our Anxiety, Depression, and Men’s support groups starting next month, alongside our existing Bipolar and OCD groups.
