Mindful in Nature — 8-week mental health recovery course with The Sharpham Trust
Tuesday 22 April — Tuesday 10 June 2025, 10:30am — 3:30pm
The Woodland Campsite, Sharpham House, Totnes, Devon TQ9 7UT
The course aims to teach resilience and build ongoing wellbeing by combining mindfulness and a connection to nature. Available for those aged 18+ living in South Devon who have experiences of mental health challenges and an interest in the outdoors. Funding and transport support can be applied for.
There is a taster session available on Tuesday 1 April 2025 for anyone looking to find out more, explore whether the 8-week course might be right for them, and have an opportunity to meet the facilitators.

The majority of our courses and workshops are free of charge. Any which carry a charge will be detailed clearly.

Unless stated otherwise in the course or workshop’s description, anyone over 18 years of age is welcome to attend.

Attendance varies, but the average number of people is likely to be between 12 and 16. Our aim is to keep sessions small and friendly.
