Managing Stress and Worry 4-week course — Starting Thursday 9 January 2025, 1:30pm – 3:30pm, Online. This online course aims to equip you with the practical tools to manage stress and worry, leading to a calmer and more balanced life where you feel more in control.
Challenging Negative Self-talk workshop — Monday 20 January 2025, 11am – 1pm, Online. The 2-hour workshop is designed to empower you to reshape your inner dialogue, into a source of encouragement and balance.

Braving Bereavement 4-week course — Starting Thursday 6 February 2025, 2pm – 4pm, Online. This course offers a supportive place to reflect, share, and take gentle steps toward healing in a way that feels right for you.
Exeter Yoga Wellbeing Group — 5 weeks starting Monday 24 February 2025, 9:30am – 10:30am, Exeter. Discover the benefits of yoga for your mental health, reduce anxiety, and make new connections with others. Whether you’re new to yoga or have experience, everyone is welcome!
Understanding OCD workshop — Thursday 13 March, 2pm – 4pm, Online. The 2-hour workshop is for anyone who would like to explore and understand more about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Self-awareness workshop — Monday 17 March 2025, 11am – 1pm, Online. This 2-hour workshop gives you time to focus on yourself in a supportive environment. Through guided activities, you’ll explore your thoughts, behaviour, and patterns, gaining insights to strengthen relationships and personal growth.

Do you want to enhance your resilience, rediscover strengths, increase your ability to cope, and improve your general wellbeing? This course will allow you to connect with other people who are, perhaps, experiencing something similar to you, whilst learning more about looking after both your physical and mental wellbeing. The majority of our courses and workshops are free of charge. Any which carry a charge will be detailed clearly.

Unless stated otherwise in the course or workshop’s description, anyone over 18 years of age is welcome to attend.

Attendance varies, but the average number of people is likely to be between 12 and 16. Our aim is to keep sessions small and friendly.
