An introduction to mental health awareness and response!
Become Mental Health Aware is a half-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England course which aims to help increase your knowledge and understanding of mental health, equipping you with the confidence to support someone in distress and the tools to look after your own wellbeing. It covers what mental health is, how to challenge stigma, common mental health problems, how to maintain your wellbeing, and how to support someone in distress.
Everyone who completes Become Mental Health Aware will receive a manual to refer to whenever you need it, as well as a workbook including a helpful toolkit to support your own mental health.

However, if you wish to book Devon Mind to deliver training to a large group, please contact us for a bespoke quote and we will provide you with a competitive individual quote to match your requirements.

Yes, upon completion of the course you will receive an official Mental Health First Aid England PDF certificate by email.

Providing you have a suitable space, we can deliver the course within your organisation. If you don't have space, please speak to us as we may be able to source a room, subject to an additional cost.

We can deliver our training to groups of between 6 — 16 participants to ensure that everyone is comfortable.
