This training equips staff with practical guidance and tools to promote mental wellbeing in the workplace. This includes giving managers confidence in providing appropriate support and enabling people with mental health problems to thrive.
Managing Mental Health at Work can be delivered as a half-day or full-day training session. Through a mixture of full group discussion, small group activities, videos, case studies and more, you will explore common mental health problems, learn about stigma, and consider causes, triggers and symptoms of problems in the workplace.
