Exciting new wellbeing activities!

Our range of activities aims to provide exposure to the elements of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and promote overall positive mental and physical wellbeing. We are proud to be collaborating with other local organisations on some of our activities and are grateful for their partnership and support.
