New activities to support positive wellbeing

We’ve recently added several exciting new wellbeing activities to our autumn service offer that are designed to support positive wellbeing. Our range of activities aims to provide exposure to the elements of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and promote overall positive mental and physical wellbeing. We are proud to be collaborating with other local organisations on some of our activities and are grateful for their partnership and support.

Check out the list of current upcoming activities below. Please click on the button of the activity in which you’re interested, where you can find out more information and details about how you can get involved.
