Time to Talk Day 2025
Over the last decade, Time to Talk Day has been the nation's biggest mental health conversation. Every year, it's a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen, and change lives. Organised by National Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in partnership with Co-op, this year’s campaign is on Thursday 6 February 2025.
This #TimeToTalkDay is about encouraging us all to get comfortable talking about mental health. Whether that be sending a text to a friend, having a chat over a cuppa, going for a walk with a loved one, or sharing something on social media — there's no right or wrong way to have a conversation. Each exchange we have about mental health contributes to reducing stigma, as well as helping to create supportive communities in which we can talk openly about mental health and feel empowered to seek help when we need it. By getting comfortable and starting conversations about mental health, we can make a real difference.
We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting three sessions for Time to Talk Day, providing space for open conversation about mental health and wellbeing within our local communities. Our team would love to see you there and please share with anyone who might also be interested in attending.

You’ll find posters, social media posts, conversation starter tips, activities, and much more here.
If you need someone to talk to about taking the first step to better mental health, Devon Mind is always here to support you. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.
